5 Tips to Maintain Your Glow On-the-Go

Spring break is just around the corner. Some of you are already enjoying your own break. It's time to get your skin and wellness routine in check.

Whether you're heading to the beach or planning a staycation, you want to look and feel your best. Pack your travel-size natural body creams, hand cream, and hydrating lippies and leave your troubles behind.

Here are the top 5 ways to get your skin spring break ready:

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate

Drinking plenty of water is essential to keeping your skin healthy and glowing. Make sure you're drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day to help flush out toxins and keep your skin hydrated.

Exfoliate for Smooth Skin

Before you hit the beach, make sure to exfoliate your skin to get rid of any dead skin cells. This will leave your skin smooth and ready for a beautiful tan. Use a gentle exfoliating scrub once a week to keep your skin looking its best.

Traveling can be rough on your skin, so make sure to moisturize frequently. You can use a moisturizer that's specific to your skin type or opt for a natural oil like coconut oil. Ahem, Boho Coco deep hydration cream

Or, maybe try a new body cream. Buzz Chill is a caffeinated body cream that gives you a natural mood boost and doubles as a firming cellulite cream. It features lemon, guarana, and coffee!

Protect Your Skin

Sunscreen is a must for any spring break trip. Make sure to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 and reapply every two hours. Don't forget to wear a hat and sunglasses to protect your face and eyes from the sun.

Turn Off Your Alarm Clock

A good night's sleep is essential for healthy skin, so try to get as much rest as possible while traveling. If you're having trouble sleeping, try using an eye mask or earplugs to block out distractions. I always do a Yoga Nidra practice to really knock me out. And, extra points if you spend your time doing only things that you love!

Keep It Simple

Remember, taking care of your skin while traveling doesn't have to be complicated. With a few simple steps, you can keep your skin healthy and hydrated no matter where your adventures take you!

Happy luxuriating!
